The Restaurant

Casa Mola Mola is a restaurant full of character, with the perfect ambience for a special dining experience.
The restaurant seats up to 30 people on 2 levels, and is beautifully designed with a nautical theme.

The restaurant is easy to find, a couple of minute's walk from the Church Square in the Old Town of Calpe.

The restaurant is owned and run by Wout Sassan and his wife Elizabeth. As Master Chef, Wout shows a passion for food with his creative style of cuisine.

The restaurant welcomes larger parties where a small booking deposit may be charged.

The restaurant welcomes families with a special "children's corner" in high season, with small tables and a children's menu.

The Menu

A choice of menus is available at Casa Mola Mola - 3 course Menu del Dia (with or without wine) and 6 course Tapas Menu.

The food is a modern and creative mix of colours and flavours, with the menu changing to incorporate the best of seasonal ingredients, including regional products and market vegetables.

An example of dishes served on the Tapas Menu includes:

* Patatas Bravas "A La Mola" - Modern Style
* Baked Goats Cheese on a Toasted Crouton served with Poached Nisperos, Szechuan Peppers and Flaked Almonds and drizzled with Brown Sugar Cane Syrup.

* Pinchos of Chicken Fillet with Sate Sauce
* Quails Eggs served with Boquerones, Fresh Basil & Sun Dried Tomato
* Monkfish tails served with Mango, Tiger Prawns and Teriyaki & Ginger Sauce
