Restaurante Por Que No is a Dutch owned restaurant that serves an International menu including Steaks, Fish & other popular dishes.

The restaurant is located in Calle Jardin and enjoys the benefit of a lovely terrace area for "al fresco" dining.

Por Que No is run by Lida & Barbara and their team who welcome many customers who return year after year to enjoy good food, friendly customer service & a relaxing ambience.

       

The Restaurant Por Que No is a split level dining room, in very classical and elegant, yet modern surroundings.   The restaurant is located in Calle Jardin, in the centre of Calpe, just a few minutes walk from the Playa Arenal. The ambience in the restaurant is one of intimate dining, with soft warm lighting and relaxing music. Customers can dine inside the restaurant, or outside on the patio, where they can enjoy the bustling atmosphere of the "Garden Street".

         

The Food The menu at Por Que No Restaurant includes a wide choice of both classic and modern International dishes, all carefully prepared by Barbara & her team.      Some of their most popular Signature Dishes include: - Mixed Grill - Grilled Steak, Chicken, Pork & Lamb, served with a selection of 3 sauces - Porque No Special - Pieces of fillet steak with mushrooms, bacon, sweet pepper, onion and a dash of crème fraîche       - Sole Meuniere - Sole Fillets fried in fresh butter     Vegetarian options are available on the menu, including: - Ratatouille of courgette, sweet pepper, eggplant, onion and tomato, served in a crepe A wine list is offered with a varied choice of fine wines. Por Que No is open every evening from 6.30pm, with a special Early Bird menu offered at only 9,95€ per person, for customers that order prior to 7.30pm - for more details see below.
