Department of Youth Launches a "Come Hiking" Campaign

The Department of Youth has launched its annual "Come Hiking" campaign in collaboration with Grup Muntanya Calp. The idea of the campaign is to introduce to young people, routes and areas in the region not known to them. The first walk was to the Rotja Font of Alcoy, it was 10 kilometres long and took 4 hours. Other scheduled walks include, Serrella Benitamantell – Sella on the 30^th January, Montcabrer, 27^th February, Alfaro Sierra, 27^th March, la Safor 1^st May, Penyagolosa 29^th May and Feix-la Vall d’Ebo on the 19^th June.

The price is 6 euros and includes the coach trip, guides and accident insurance. The hikers should wear appropriate clothing and bring their own food and drink. To reserve a place, register at the Punt Joven in the Plaza de la Constitution by the Thursday before the excursion.
