NEO FIT formerly known as Club Dokyo started its journey Saturday 1st Feburary. During the month of February the team will start to make small changes within the gym these include: New Functional Training Zone, introducing brand new classes such as Bootcamps, Circuit training and Kids Fun Fit classes. New members receive a Personal Training Session PLUS a training plan.
