The Socialist Party advised this week that the figures announced by the Mayor in relation to the Waste Fraud are lower than they have calculated. According to the PSOE, this would increase the fraud amount to no less than 10 million euros. The Socialists have demanded that the mayor stops announcing figures that they consider to be inaccurate.
The Socialist Party have criticised Mayor Tur for not resolving the situation, citing that Antonio Romera still holds the post of Councillor for Waste Disposal, when for the past 3 years he had clear evidence of the fraud, yet took no action.
