No Festive Hampers distributed to Town Hall Employees

Due to the economic situation of the Municipality, and the grave situation affecting many families in the Town, the Town Hall decided not to distribute Christmas Hampers to the Town Hall employees this year. This will make a saving of 19,000€. The Mayor sent a letter to all the employees explaining his motives and hoped he could rely on the support of all of them. The Town Hall has however had hampers prepared for the families in need that are being distributed from the offices of the Social Services.
