Mayor to Return Unpaid Rubbish Removal Bills to Contractors

THE MAYOR TO RETURN THE UNPAID RUBBISH REMOVAL BILLS TO THE CONTRACTORS COLSUR SL

The Mayor is to return all the unpaid bills that the Town Hall has received from Colsur SL for the rubbish removal over the past year. As the Town Hall has not paid Colsur SL any bills for over a year the Mayor is to ask the company to reassess them in accordance with the much lower figures produced by the company that collects the rubbish in the town, Acciona.
The Mayor will also be asking Colsur SL to review the bills already paid to them by the Town Hall and to return the money paid in excess.
According to the Mayor this will not compromise in any way the case being prepared against Colsur in the Denia courts.
