The Colina Club Village comprises 48 apartments that are configured to provide either one or two bedrooms in 5 two storey buildings. These are arranged around the swimming pool to take full advantage of the spectacular views. 

All the apartments are designed with open plan living, dining & kitchen areas, all leading to the terraces where you can enjoy the views. 

The architects have taken full advantage of the location by making it only one step from the parking area into your home. Only one month's rent as your security deposit, plus the first month's rent is all it takes to move into your new home.

The Residence, Nursing and Rest Home

 

Due to new regulations, the only way the nursing and rest home can continue to comply with the legal requirements and continue its licence is with a major expansion to the building.

 

This option is not feasible, and as such the directors made the hard and sad decisioin to close the nursing and rest home in November 2024, and to focus on continuing to provide excellent care to the residents in the independent living apartments.
