Select Villas of Moraira is a Real Estate Agent based in the centre of Moraira, on the Costa Blanca. It is run by Chris and Linda Garwood and their professional, hard working staff.

The Company

Select Villas of Moraira was originally established in 2006 by Chris & Linda Garwood as ‘Costa Blanca Select’, an agency offering property for sale across the Costa Blanca.

Chris & Linda recently opened Select Villas as a separate Real Estate Agency based in the centre of Moraira, specialising in the sale of top value properties in the Moraira and neighbouring areas.

The hard working staff at Select Villas take pride in ensuring that a high level of customer service is provided to clients at all times. Between them they share over 50 year's experience of life in Moraira.




Purchasing a Property

Chris & Linda have significant experience in guiding and assisting clients through all stages of property purchase. By working in collaboration with other agents, they have access to a large choice of properties for their clients.

The services offered by Select Villas to find properties for prospective buyers are free of charge. 

The process for buying property using Select Villas is normally as follows:
 
- Select Villas will offer a choice of properties for viewing, and will accompany all clients for each viewing

- Upon finding a suitable property and an offer being accepted, a 3000€ deposit (5000€ on new builds) is needed to reserve the property at the agreed price

- NIE number - the team at Select Villas complete all the required paperwork, and accompany clients to Benidorm Police Station for the NIE registration

- An English Solicitor, based in Moraira, is recommended by Select Villas to initate and complete the searches. (Solicitor charges are extra)

- A 10% deposit is normally required, to be signed with a buyer's agreement. At this point a notary date is set.

- Bank account(s) are set up, with a recommended local bank (depending on whether mortgage is required)

- Select Villas accompany the client to the notary for completion of the property purchase.



Selling a Property
Many vendors choose Select Villas as their chosen agent for selling their property.

In collaboration with other agents, Select Villas of Moraira ensure that all properties are widely marketed throughout the UK, Europe and further afield.

The process for selling property using Select Villas is normally as follows:
 
- Select Villas will visit the property to perform a valuation. This is normally a recommendation to the potential vendor to enable them to set a realistic and achievable price for their property. 

-  The property is listed for sale and marketed by Select Villas and their network of agents

- When conducting viewings with prospective buyers, Select Villas provide feedback to vendors within 24 hours.

- For property owners that are overseas, Power of Attorney can be provided to remove the need for the vendor to travel to the Costa Blanca to complete the sale.

Costa Blanca Select is the sister company to Select Villas of Moraira, and offers Relocation and Property Finder Services on the Costa Blanca.

The services of Costa Blanca Select are offered mainly to professional clients who want to minimise the time spent researching and locating suitable properties.
