Our office is on the C/ La Pinta just off the Avda Gabriel Miro right at the bottom just before the fountain, we also have an office in the pretty port area where you will find friendly English and Spanish staff.
Many English, Spanish, Dutch and German clients have been helped to find their dream homes over the last six years, and many return with their friends and relations when they too are ready to purchase a property.
We are owned by a local Spanish family of constructors and we can therefore help you first hand with any reform work or repairs which may be needed to a property.

We have a very wide selection of re-sale apartments, villas, land, commercial properties as well as new builds, but to give our clients an even wider choice, we co-operate with many of the local agencies here in Calpe as well as in Benissa, Moraira, and Javea.
We can cover therefore many areas of the Costa Blanca, to help our clients make the right choice when searching for their dream home.

Should you require a mortgage to be able to purchase your property, we will be with you throughout the whole of the operation - taking you to different banks to find the best possible deal and then accompanying you to the Notary's office on the day of the formal signing of the escritura (purchase/sale day).
If you would feel more comfortable with the help of a solicitor we can recommend helpful people who speak your language
