NEO FIT is a Functional Training community & Personal training gym based in Calpe Costa Blanca Spain.
Neo Fit offers circuit training, group weight training and personal training sessions. Their focus is on transforming bodies and mindset. All members have access to their bespoke web app delivering their personalised fitness programs.
Core values of the business are to make sure all our members have the correct training, nutrition advice and mindset techniques needed to help them become both healthier, stronger and happier.
Children from the ages of 8 upwards are welcome onto their FunFit classes as they believe the right environment and activities at such an early age, have an extremely positive effect on their future - from both a physical and mental aspect.
Neo Fit are also developing a duke of Edinburgh awards module to add even more value between 14 -18 based on their core values, of nutrition training and mindset.
