For builders or DIY specialists, Church Kitchens offers a Kitchen Express range, where kitchen units, doors & accessories are available for immediate take-away & self-assembly & installation.
Church Kitchens has a large showroom on the N332 in Benissa, Spain.
Customers are invited to call, or visit the showroom to meet one of their Design Consultants.
They will discuss the customer's requirements, including colour / style of doors, worktops & appliances, and show the large range of sample doors & worktops on display.
The Design Consultant will then make an appointment to visit the customer in their home & discuss an appropriate plan.
Design & Planning Service
Church Kitchens offer a Home Visit service on a free of charge, no obligation basis.
Their Design Consultant will measure & discuss layouts, and provide ideas & solutions based on their experience. They will also discuss any works required, including Tiling, Electrics, Plumbing and small building works.
3D Design Plan
After the home visit, the Design Consultant will create a computer generated 3D plan with an itemised list of products & works as the final quotation.
To proceed with the order, Church Kitchens ask for a 10% deposit or an agreement for finance.
The next stage is to arrange a techical survey. Their Surveyor will double check measurements, appliances & all services to be carried out. Once the survey has been completed, the order is processed & an installation date agreed to suit the customer.
The Installation Process
All installations by Church Kitchens
are personally managed by an Installations Manager, who will be available every day during the installation process to deal with any questions, requests or issues.
At the installation stage, a second payment is required (unless a finance agreement has been signed), with the final installation payment due once the client is completely satisfied.
If Granite worktops are being installed, the measurements are only taken once the cabinets are in place. The installation of the Granite is normally completed 10-14 days after measurement, but the sink & hob are installed temporarily during this period so the kitchen can continue to be used.
On completion of the project, the Installation Manager will visit the client's home to discuss any questions or queries, and to enusre that all works have been completed to a highly professional standards.
The installation is signed off once the Installations Manager and the client are completely satisfied.
