With gas prices so high isn´t it time to look at your fuel efficiency?
“Plan Renove Caldera” is a government grant scheme introduced in October provides incentives of upto 500€ when you change your existing boiler. The government keen to promote fuel efficiency and lower carbon emissions allocated 900.000€ to the scheme which is set to run until March 30th or until funds run out.
Don´t Delay! Of the initial capital only 285.000€ remains!
A Condensing boiler can considerably reduce both fuel consumption and emissions. A government study estimates that during a year the savings for a 100m2 property located in the area running on Propane gas would be approx 22% which in monetary terms would amount to a saving of up to 200€. The bigger the property the greater the savings and with Natural gas savings are estimated to be even greater. Not only that, CO2 emmissions reduce by up to 940KgCo2/ year.
How can this help me?
With a new condensing boiler running at 109% efficiency and a conventional boiler running at 85% efficiency, simply changing your boiler can provide upto 23% saving on your current fuel bills.

How does the grant scheme work?
This grant is available to all residing within the comunidad valenciana and is deducted at point of sale and later reclaimed by the installer. It is available for the exchange of Gas and Oil fired central heating boilers. You will need to provide a copy of you NIE certificate and your passport. Only one boiler grant is allowed per person and your old boiler must be removed by the installer for it´s correct disposal and recycling. Only affiliated installers are able to offer the grants with a list of installers provided on the AVEN website www.aven.es.
