Located in the hillside 10 minutes drive from the centre of Calpe, on the Costa Blanca, The Colina Club is a retirement complex complete with Nursing Home and Retirement Apartments.  
  
It has magnificent views of the Mediterranean, and the surrounding countryside and mountains.

The Complex

The Colina Club was established in 1991 by Dr Graham Young, and is an English speaking complex with bilingual staff. It is built in the style of a holiday resort, with a unique, relaxed environment.

Facilities at the complex include:

- Bowling green
- Swimming pool and terrace with sea views
- Free Library
- Bar with social events and English chef
- Daily minibus service to Calpe (Mon-Fri)

The Apartments

The complex has 48 one or two bed apartments for long term rental or short term holiday lets.

The apartments have been specially designed on one level, with an alarm system, under-floor central heating, English satellite TV, and bathrooms with assistance rails.

All apartments are designed with open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, all leading to terraces with fantastic sea and mountain views.

The rental price of the apartments includes all the services provided by the club. An English nurse calls at each apartment to check on residents.
