Taberna Griega - Greek Restaurant Description:

Taberna Griega is an authentic Greek Restaurant located just off the Levante Beach in Calpe, under the Esmeralda Hotel & Apartments.

                          

The business has been established in Calpe for 10 years, and with the Restaurant recently moving from the town centre to its new location.

Taberna Griega is owned and run by Toni & Mirela, who give a warm welcome to customers of many different nationalities.

The Venue

With its Greek music & themed decor, Taberna Griega offers customers a "taste" of Greece.
Customers have a choice of dining inside the elegant restaurant, or on the comfortable outside terrace.

     
 
The restaurant is located directly next to the entrance to the Hotel Esmeralda, just off the Playa Levante.  
It seats up to 50 people inside, plus 60 on the outside terrace. 

The sunny terrace is perfect for lunchtime dining at all times of the year, and romantic evenings under the stars.

   
 



The Food

Taberna Griega offers an authentic Greek Menu, with many classic dishes including Moussaka, Souvlaki and Giros. The Speciality of the House is Codillio al Horno - Pork Knuckle, baked in the Oven.

    

A choice of Menu Del Dia is offered at 9 euros or 12 euros. All dishes are prepared to order using the freshest produce.

Drinks
A good selection of bottled beer is available, including Greek Beer, and Alhambra beer on draught.

Traditional Greek drinks are also served including Ouzo, Frappe & Meloxa Brandy.
