MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL OPENS ITS DOORS TO THE PUBLIC WITH FREE ENTRANCE UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH.
The “Fernando Delgado” pool opened Monday the 24th of May. The pool is open from Monday to Saturday, 8.00hrs to 22.00hrs. It is closed on Sundays. The public is allowed to use the facilities for free until the end of the month. This will allow the Technicians to make sure the pool is functioning properly and carry out any last minute adjustments. The pool will be maintained by Town Hall staff and the life guard service will be organised by the Red Cross. In the near future the Town hall hopes to employ a swimming instructor. If anyone wants to take advantage of the facilities for free they can swim for up to an hour and then afterwards use the the exercise machines in the gym.
