Antica Roma Restaurant Description:

Restaurante Antica Roma is family run Italian restaurant in Calpe that uses only the best ingredients and fresh pasta to make dishes of the highest quality.

The restaurant is located in the centre of Calpe in Calle Pintor Sorolla.


The People

The family have great experience running Italian Restaurants, with 13 years in Spain and before that in Germany, after having studied in Italy.
Jenniffer took the restaurant over from her father, having run the La Bella Italia Restaurant.
Jenniffer’s father has moved to Elche and opened an Italian restaurant there, as his 10 year old son is going to play for Elche football club seniors team from September.

The Restaurant
The décor of our dining room is elegant Classical Roman which is air conditioned in summer and heated in winter.
We have an outdoor terrace for al fresco dining on the warm summer evenings.

The Food
All dishes are freshly made from fresh Italian ingredients, such as special flour for the pastas and pizzas and mozzarella cheese etc.

Each day there is a fresh pasta special on the menu, and they also make typical Italian puddings.

The restaurant stocks a good selection of Italian wines and Liqueurs as well as good Spanish wines from Rioja and La Mancha.

You will be presented with a glass of the Italian liqueur of your choice with the bill.

All items on the menu can be prepared to take away.
