MORAIRA PLUMBING and HEATING is a family run business that has been established between Calpe & Moraira since 1998. The company offers expert plumbing and home maintenance services throughout the North Costa Blanca, from Oliva to Altea.

MORAIRA PLUMBING and HEATING is fully registered and legal within the Spanish system, with their team of fully qualified & professional plumbers.


The Company

Moraira Heating and Plumbing is run by Ray and Gwen Gardner.
Ray has City and Guilds training expertise, and over 35 years experience in the plumbing, heating and construction industry.

He ensures all work is carried out to the highest standards of efficiency and quality, and makes sure that a fast, reliable service is provided using only the highest quality materials.

Moraira Plumbing Heating offer a full design, installation and advice service. They are pleased to give free advice and quotations, and offer a complete service from design to supply to installation and after sales service.

The installation team includes several highly qualified tradesmen, and they provide an expert fitting service for bathrooms, showers and heating systems. 

MPH also offer a complete new Home Maintenance and DIY Supply service.

General Plumbing & Bathroom Installations

The team at MPH offers general plumbing services, from repairs to complete bathroom installations.

MPH has much experience in installing bathrooms, showers and hot water systems, including all necessary building work, tiling, electrics or decorating.

To establish the client's requirements, a free site survey is carried out where the client will be advised of the best solution available.

The client then visits the showroom to select the right bathroom or shower, when a quote will be provided for the overall price for the complete project. Once agreed, the materials will be ordered and a date given to the client for the work to begin.

Air Conditioning

There are several factors to consider regarding the installation of air conditioning, and it is important to ensure that an appropriate system is chosen and installed.

MPH are qualified air conditioning contractors, who can establish the right system according to how well the property is insulated, and how its is used by the family.

Moraira Plumbing and Heating can can advise on the most suitable heating system for any apartment or villa. They make sure that the system chosen is suitable for the client's specific requirements.
