It is located just 3 minutes drive from beaches, shops and restaurants. This comfortable and well furnished villa provides fantastic facilities for a relaxing family holiday. Set in beautiful gardens with lemon and orange trees, the villa is built on a flat fully enclosed plot. It has a stunning 10x5m pool, plus terrace and grassed areas for sunbathing and relaxing. Internally the villa is well equipped with Sky TV and air-conditioning.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: 		Towels and linen are included and are changed weekly. Villa will be cleaned for guests on their arrival. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. The swimming pool is cleaned twice weekly.


Outside: The private swimming pool is 10m x 5m and is maintained twice weekly. It is surrounded by a terrace with comfortable sunbeds, ideal for sunbathing. The beautiful garden is completely enclosed and flat, with grassed areas ideal for ball games.


Distances to Coast/Beach: Only 3 minutes drive to beaches. 3 minute drive to shops and restaurants.
