Restaurante El Tarascon is an Argentinian Steakhouse in Calpe specialising in Argentinian Steaks cooked on a charcoal grill.

The restaurant is famous for its Argentinian meat dishes served with home-made Chimichurri sauce.





The Venue

Restaurante El Tarascon is set in the centre of Calpe, on the Avenida Ejercitos Españoles.

The restaurant has a lively, friendly and informal atmosphere, with the friendly staff welcoming customers old & new.

The restaurant can cater for up to 80 people.

   
 



The Food

Restaurante El Tarascon specialises in offering Argentinian Steaks, and other meats cooked on a charcoal grill.

   

The starters include grilled Argentinian sausage, Chorizo, Empanadas of meat or corn, and Grilled Provoleta cheese. There are five different varieties of salads to choose from.

There are daily 4 course menus, priced from 8.90€ (including IVA), which include a variety of Argentinian dishes such as empanada and charcoal-grilled meat. The menu includes, bread, drink and dessert.

There is a wide variety of size of steaks to choose from 250g – 550g.
For those who like sauce with their steaks there is a choice of six, including pepper and mushroom.

Specialities of the house are fillet steak Gaucho, Surf and Turf, Churrasco(ribs), Entrana (Sheet steak), Parrillada (mixed meat grill).

All main courses are served with a delicious baked potato or French fries.
Salmon and Hake dishes are also offered on the menus.

Desserts change on a daily basis and include fresh pancakes, homemade Tiramisu, and various ice creams.

The Restaurant offers a great value house wine and a selection of excellent of wines from the Ribera del Duero, Rioja and Valdepeñas areas. The wine list also boasts a selection of Argentinian wines.
