The Menu at El Dormilon offers a wide choice of meals, with specialty dishes such as 'Zillertaler Pfanne' - Fillet of Pork in a garlic cream with homemade noodles and vegetables, 'Schwabentöpfchen' - fillet of pork with a mushroom sauce on butter noodles, and 'Tiroler Kässpätzle' - homemade noodles with cheese.  

There are a variety of fish dishes, and game dishes such as roast Venison, or Wild Boar.

There is also paella, and a chldrens menu.


These can be followed by a choice of delicious, mouth-watering desserts such as the Austrian Tyrolean Apple Strudel, or Crepes with Ice cream.
