Why Use a Shade Sail?

The material used by Coolashade has been manufactured and developed in Australia for over 15 years. The material is treated with UV stabilisers that give it long life in direct sunshine.

The fabric is manufactured to allow the air to flow through with a natural convection effect. This creates a substantially cooler environment than is possible with other forms of shade.

Coolashade Shade Sails are manufactured to withstand the toughest of weather conditions, including the high wind conditions that are often experienced on the Costa Blanca.

They can be attached directly to buildings, or attached to specially installed posts, that will not move in any conditions. They can be removed easily via a twice yearly take down / install service that is available from Coolashade.

Coolashade are able to manufacture purpose made Shade Sails to almost any size & shape.

All purpose made are now being manufactured with Stainless Steel reinforcing cables sewn into the edges to ensure no stretching to the perimeter of the shade, and no need for future re-tensioning.
